Getting started with Sports Betting

Posted by: admin  :  Category: Games

Most  people are very used to watching sports and they hang out with friends playing or even watching. It is nice to be active in such sports because it is best to promote good health. If you are a player, it is important to build stamina and endurance to last long in games. Aside from amateur leagues which are out to enjoy, there are also professional options to consider, especially because they add a little extra: sports betting.

The only sports betting I’ve ever done are at the horse races, where I think I won about two dollars. But I’ve been delving into sports betting with the help of some friends who take the whole soccer thing very seriously, and some who take it even further and delve into professional soccer betting.

Betting on sports is widely known and many people are really into it, not only because of the actual betting experience but because they usually make quite a bit of money while they are having fun watching the game.

But how do you get started with sports betting? How can you be sure you’re getting what you want? If that’s your case, you do not need to worry because before you engaged on sports betting, you can start learning about how to do it through betting guides such as SportsBettingSpot, which can lend you a hand in finding the best sports betting sites and finding the best betting tips.

This is how when I was looking for the best sports betting spot got in touch with sportsbettingspot.com which suggested me to choose some of the top best rating spots like SportsBetting, SportsInteraction and so on.

Midfielder Clint Mathis will play his last professional soccer game and end an 11-year career Saturday when his Major League Soccer-leading Los Angeles Galaxy will host Real Madrid in an exhibition game at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.

Mathis began his career with the Galaxy in 1998, left the team in 2000, came back to play the end of the 2007 MLS season, and was re-acquired in January 2010 through a trade with the defending league champion Real Salt Lake.

He played 45 games for the US Men’s Narional Team, all under head coach Bruce Arena, and was part of the US team in the 2000 FIFA World Cup that made the quarterfinals of the tournament for the first time since 1930.

Mathis also played in MLS for the New York Red Bulls (then MetroStars) and the Colorado Rapids, and spent time playing professionally in Germany and Greece.

Ansu Torre and David Foley scored goals for their respective teams as the Vancouver Whitecaps and the Puerto Rico Islanders played to a 1-1 draw Wednesday in USSF Division 2 Pro League play at Juan Ramon Loubriel Stadium in Bayamon, PR.

Vancouver, who retains the lead in the NASL Conference at 5-2-5 with 20 points, is now unbeaten in their last four games and was playing the second of five straight road games.

The Whitecaps are now until June 26 when they face AC St. Louis, then hit the Montreal Impact June 28 before ending the road swing July 3 at the Portland Timbers.

Puerto Rico is 3-5-1 with 10 points and in last place in the USL Conference. They will host the FC Tampa Bay Rowdies Saturday.

Real Overpowers 10-man Villarreal

Real Madrid defeated a 10-man Villarreal today 2-0 after Javier Gonzalo was ejected after his 2nd yellow card offense in the 35th minute.
The first goal was scored by none other than CR9 who, in what seems like a tradition he’s trying to start, scored in the first minute of play.
The second goal, however, did not arrive until the 73rd minute when Kaka put a well-placed penalty kick past the hands of Diego Lopez. By and large that means that Villarreal either played exceptionally well with 10 players to keep Real from scoring save for a penalty kick, or Real was very unlucky.
Since Ronaldo was able to net his first shot on goal, I’m going to say Villarreal really played their hearts out. When you are a player down, playing against a machine like Real Madrid, there is only so much you can do, but I have to applaud Villarreal for such a fete. I wish I could have seen the game to offer better analysis, but alas, I had class.
Now for something really cool. Before yesterday, Barcelona was in 2nd place in the standings by goal difference- now they have drawn ahead of Real because they’ve scored more goals overall. But the above picture is a screen shot of the standings as of right now, according to espnsoccernet.com. Click on the picture to open it in a new window and get a closer look.
Look at how close the two teams are! If this continues, El Clasico in December is going to be one of the most unforgettable games in history.
