The schedules for teams in the Central and Southern conferences will be released at a later date.
In the Eastern Conference, the season opens May 8 with the Newark (NJ) Ironbound Express hosting the West Virginia Chaos and the Westchester Flames traveling to the New Hampshire Phantoms.
On May 9, the defending PDL regular season champion Reading United FC (formerly the Reading Rage) will open their schedule against the Hampton Roads Pirahnas, the Chaos will host the New Jersey Rangers and the Flames will be the first opponent at home for expansion franchise MPS Portland Phoenix.
The Chaos will close the Eastern Conference schedule July 26 when they host the Bermuda Hogges, who step down from the USL Second Division.
In the Western Conference, Southwest Division regular season champion Hollywood Hitmen will take on the Fresno Fuego on the road April 24.
On May 1, the Hitmen host the Southern California Seahorses and the defending league champion Ventura County Fuison will face the Lancaster (CA) Rattlers.
The Los Angeles Legends will have their home season opener May 2 against Orange County Blue Star and the Northwest Division regular season and playoff champion Kitsap Pumas open their schedule on the road at the Yakima Reds.
The Western Conference regular season ends July 25 when the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency hosts the Victoria Highlanders.
