The Sockers have the best record in the league at 11-3 and are one win away from clinching their first-ever PASL Western Division title. They will also host the league’s championship tournament next month at Del Mar Arena.
San Diego has two games left on their schedule, both at home — this Friday against Tijuana in a rematch, and this Saturday against the Edmonton Drillers of the Canadian Major Indoor Soccer League.
