Joe SaPereira and Mac Howell, who served as co-owners of the franchise, have joined with Chuck Estrada to form Rocky Mountain Arsenal, LLC. Howell will continue serving as the team’s media relations director and Estrada retains his duties as technical director and goalkeeping coach.
The Dynamite finished 9-7 in the PASL’s first season and advanced to the playoffs, where they lost, 10-9, to Tigres Dorados MRCI Oaxaca in the quarterfinals of the North American Championships.

- John Wells, who served last season as the head coach of the intrastate rival Colorado Lightning, will hold the same position with the Dynamite.
- The Dynamite released a new logo that features Colorado’s colors of red, yellow and blue.
- Assistant coach Jeremy Gibe will not return to the Dynamite, choosing to serve his country in Iraq as a military contractor.
- The Dynamite will have a new Premier Arena Soccer League affiliation with the Highlands Ranch Heat, who debuted in their summer league. The Heat will play in the winter and summer seasons. Also, the Dynamite Reserves in the Premier league will be renamed Rocky Mountain Arsenal.
- Home games for the 2009-10 season, scattered around many sites last season, will all take place at the Bladium Sports Club.
