The Montreal Impact, who will play in the 2010 US Soccer Federation Second Division and the North American Soccer League in 2011, announced the signings Wednesday of midfielder Helder Felipe Da Costa Soares and midfielder/forward Phillipe Billy for the next two seasons.

The signings up the number of international players under contract to the franchise at six.
Soares spent 10 years in Portugal’s Second Division, playing for SC Freamonde (2000-04, 2006-09), FC Vizela (2003-06) and CD Feirense (2009).
Billy played 24 games between the 2007-08 and 2008-09 seasons at Stade Brestois in France’s Ligue 2.
He also spent time with Lecce in Italy’s Serie A and Serie B (2001-04, 2005-06), RAEC Mons in Belgium’s First Division (2004-05), and Stade Lavallois MFC in France’s National Championship (2006-07).
