The defending Professional Arena Soccer League Eastern Division champion 1790 Cincinnati Express ran roughshod over the Detroit Waza in an 11-3 victory Saturday at the Game Time Training Center in Fairfield, OH.
Jeff Hughes had four goals and an assist to lead all scorers, Matt Brienes had a hat trick and an assist and rookie Kevin Noschang scored his first two professional goals of his career in the victory to improve to 2-0 in Flight A. The Express next travels to Canton, OH December 5 to face the expansion Ohio Vortex.
The Waza, 1-2 in Flight A, also visit the Vortex next Sunday.
