Crystal Palace Baltimore, a member of the North American Soccer League Conference of the US Soccer Federation’s Division II professional league, will introduce Keith Lupton as their new general manager and release their 2010 season schedule at a press conference Wednesday at the ESPN Zone in Baltimore, the Baltimore Exmainer reported Friday.
