The Baton Rouge Capitals of the United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League announced the signings Monday of Scott McCubbin and Tom Settle, who both were members of Great Britian’s soccer team in the recent World University Games in Belgrade, Serbia.

Their team finished the tournament in fourth place, their best finish in the last 20 years.
