Guiliano Celenza led all scorers with eight points on a two-point goal hat trick and a pair of assists as the Baltimore Blast took sole possession of the lead in the Major Indoor Soccer League standings Friday with a 13-4 home victory at First Mariner Arena against La Raza de Monterrey.

Denison Cabral added a three-point goal and Machel Millwood and Max Ferdinand had two-point goals as Baltimore improved to 5-2 and readies themselves to host the Milwaukee Wave Saturday.
Mark Ughy and Hector Vallejo scored Monterrey’s goals and fell to 3-5, fourth place in the five-team standings, 2 1/2 games behind the Blast. They next play the Wave on Sunday in Milwaukee.
