Lucio Gonzaga led the Baltimore Blast with a hat trick that included a three-point shot in a 14-13 victory over La Raza de Monterrey in Major Indoor Soccer League play at Arena Monterrey Sunday.

Robbie Aristodemo, Machel Millwood, Max Ferdinand and Giuliano Celenza each added standard two-point goals for Baltimore, who are tied for the lead in the league standings with the Rockford Rampage (2-1). They will host the Philadelphia Kixx (1-2) this Friday at First Mariner Arena.
John Krause led Monterrey with a three-point goal, a two-point goal and an assist and Victor Quiroz, Byron Alvarez, Genoni Martinez and Mark Ughy all added goals in the loss. At 2-2, Monterrey is tied for third place with the Milwaukee Wave (1-1) and are a half-game behind the Blast in the standings. La Raza heads to the Rampage’s MetroCentre this Sunday.
