Becks, who has made no attempt to silence his unhappiness at the LA Galaxy, is said to be re-joining AC Milan at the beginning of next year on loan again. According to Fabio Capello, head coach of the English national team, Beckham had no chance of playing with the national team in South Africa next summer unless he starts playing European soccer again.
His first game with the club should be their away game against Juventus on January 10.
That’s a sad commentary on American soccer when a coach tells a player he can’t play American soccer if he wants to be fit enough for the national team. A sad, sad commentary.
